I am about to embark on a health improvement journey and intend to record the process and results in this blog. I have an autoimmune disorder called Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, in which my immune system is attacking my thyroid gland, as it would a virus. I've never been satisfied with the treatment I've received for this disease and have recently discovered a treatment that may help with any autoimmune disorder; Low Dose Naltrexone.
